  1. So How does everyone like the new Computerized format of Rotary TV Bingo?

  2. Hi,
If a Rotarian could help me out. It would be greatly appreciated. My grandmother bought 4 bingo card packages from Canadian Tire Gas Bar in Bracebridge last week. She ended up in the hospital for a week. I was wondering if I could exchange them for this weeks card. If someone could get a number for me to call or just a response. Thank you very much. She plays every week. And enjoys the program.

    • Hi Lindsay. Absolutely we can help out there. Sorry for the late reply. If you contact Gord McNiece gord.mcneice@scotiabank.com he will find a way to get you some replacement cards for the ones you have not used. We hope that your grandmother is on her way to recovery.

  3. Hi. I saw it mentioned that some places allow players. I don’t have tv but would love to play. Where can I go? (Gravenhurst)

    • Hi there. In Gravenhurst there is Boston Pizza, the Legion and Sawdust City. Game cards I believe are also available at these venues 🙂 Thank you for your support.

  4. Hi there I don’t have my TV through cogeco I jave one through bell. Can I still play TV bingo

    • Hi Crystal.

In short yes! however the show is only broadcast on Cogeco’s Community television. Bell does not have a community channel infrastructure. Why not make a night of it though and watch the show at one of the local venues that support our program. Sawdust City Brewery lounge has it on as well as Boston Pizza and the Legion.

  5. Can you get rotary tv bingo in gravenhurst ontario on bell satellite and what channel would it be on

    • Hi Roxanne

I’m afraid Bell does not support community television, Only our local cable provider has this service and as such Rotary TV Bingo can only be seen on Cogeco Channel 10 in regular and 700 in HD. However there are a few venues in town that no only sell cards but also have the show on so you can play there every wednesday evening at 7pm. Many in our community make a night of it 🙂 Sawdust City Brewery lounge has it on as well as Boston Pizza and the Legion.

  6. A reminder that the Dec 14th game was ‘snowed out’. Please exchange your Dec 14 cards for the Dec 21st game. Looking forward to another fun night of Bingo!

It’s unfortunate that unless you have Cogeco. You can’t play, and if you can’t get out, such as the case with my mother due to health issues that she can’t play. There should be a way to stream it thru a smart tv app or android/Appe app. Cause not of these would allow people that could download the app mirror it to your tv or beam it from your tablet or smart phone to a Google Chromecast. If other options were available, so many more would be able to play without the risk of people to close to others. Or for people that just cant get out at all pandemic or no pandemic. Thanks

  12. Hi I live in kilworthy ont and was just wondering if I can get your show online or bell satellite

    • Hi Linda, I just noticed this in the files and I know it is very old but thought I would reply anyway. Bingo is available through YourTV / Cogeco and so if you don’t have access to that then you can play at the Legion, the Frosty Pint or Sawdust City. Those locations should be reopening soon hopefully.
We are restarting bingo next week on March 31st.

      Thank you!

  16. Glad to see you are back in business. Have been looking forward with anticipation for too long. A note about places to purchase cards in Bracebridge. Kwik E Mart is closed, and has been for about 2 years. Perhaps they should be removed from the website and the weekly announcements.

    Cheers,
    Alan

    • Alan thank you for pointing out the Kwik-E Mart. I will get that location removed.
And thank you for playing bingo!
      Pat

    • Hello David, sorry to hear that your mother cannot get out to play. Cogeco is a big supporter of Rotary and of our Town. Without them we could not hold bingo at all and so that is the venue for playing the game. Also, due to gaming laws we cannot stream live anyway.
Thank you for your interest in bingo and your support of Rotary.
